RETURN POLICY • Damaged or defective products are fully refundable. We’ll cover shipping. • In the case of an incorrectly filled order, the order will be immediately corrected or refunded. We’ll email you a return shipping label to return the incorrect product. If we haven’t received the return shipment 21 days from the date that the return label email was sent, then you, the buyer, will be charged for the incorrect shipment as well as the replacement shipment. • If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, your order can be refunded once the order has been returned and is found to be in original condition. The buyer must notify us of the return within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a refund. In this case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. • In any case of refund, the buyer can expect 3-5 days for credit card processing after we send you a refund notification.
